1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, customized, or damaged after receipt.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lnstuff.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
Please ensure that the return package includes the original packing slip and is securely packaged.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return following the above process, and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchange items are subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
8. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise only, excluding any shipping or customs fees.
